MUSEUM EXTRA CHARGE

In the event of adverse weather conditions and the suspension of the boat service from Rapallo or Santa Margherita Ligure to Portofino, an alternative program must be provided. This is because buses cannot be relied upon for a safe and timely transfer of tourists due to the new reduced bus schedule and their very limited capacity.
PENALTIES FOR SERVICE CANCELLATION
Late cancellation (less than 48 hours prior to the tour) will ensue in a penalty charge equal to the base tour fee.

Please note that the highest level for a hydrogeological alert is red,. For a thunderstorm alert, the highest level is orange.
FOR SAFETY REASONS:
a) A red hydrogeological alert entails the cancellation of scheduled services without penalty;
b) An orange hydrogeological alert and the orange or yellow thunderstorm alert may result in the cancellation or variation of scheduled services without penalty, based on ordinances issued by municipalities and information from the guide operating in the area;
c) A weather report for a very intense heat wave (red flag) may result in a reorganization of the planned service to avoid the hottest hours of the day.
CHANGES IN PERFORMANCE OF SERVICES IN CASE OF EVENTS NOT DEPENDENT ON THE WILL OF THE GUIDE
In the event of strikes, demonstrations, sporting events, roadworks, road changes, cancellation of public transport services, and any other events not attributable to the guide’s wishes, visiting programs may be adjusted to the new circumstances.
SAFETY ON TOURIST BUSES
For safety reasons, a seat in the first row of the bus and car insurance coverage for the guide are required.
