PENALTIES AND FULFILLMENTS
Late cancellation (less than 48 hours prior to the tour) will ensue in a penalty charge of a basic HD or FD visit.
Due to Liguria’s geomorphology, tours will be cancelled in case of a red weather alert. Tour programs may be subject to change or cancellation in case of an orange weather alert. For updates and information on the Ligurian weather alert system, see http://www.allertaliguria.gov.it/
In the event of adverse weather conditions and the boat service from Rapallo or Santa Margherita Ligure to Portofino being suspended, an alternative programme must be provided. This is because buses cannot be relied upon for a safe and timely transfer of tourists due to the new reduced bus timetable and their very limited capacity.
Consistent with European legislation, the guide will have a reserved seat at the front of the coachbus as well as insurance coverage.
